Roseland Triathlon 2012
The Roseland Triathlon 2012 will be on Saturday 4th AugustIn honour of the 2012 olympics we will be holding both a Standard (Olympic) distance and a Sprint distance event on the same day.
The Standard course distances will be
- 1500m Open water swim
- 40km Cycle
- 12km Run
The Sprint course distances will be
- 750m Open water swim
- 20km Cycle
- 5km Run
